Our maintenance department oversees our network of nationwide smoke ventilation engineers.
Our team of account managers provide focused support by developing a thorough understanding of our clients’ sites. Contracted clients are assigned a single point of contact within this team and also benefit from a 24/7 call out service.
A planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contract with JCR ensures fulfilment of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requirements, relating to smoke ventilation systems. PPM also serves as a safeguard with a proactive approach to systems maintenance, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation and the early identification of any potential issues.
Priority
Remedial work is scheduled as a priority. JCR and our engineers maintain high stock levels to ensure swift resolution and a building’s continued compliance.
We store and manage all system site information electronically, including the cause and effects and configuration details for any JCR installed smoke ventilation system. Secure online access to this information is available if required.
Extensive Experience
JCR have extensive experience of assuming responsibility for an AOV maintenance contract, where the system has been installed by a third party. A comprehensive site visit and client consultation make for a seamless transition, underpinned by our in-depth knowledge of all major AOV systems and equipment.
All JCR maintained systems are serviced by fully qualified engineers in accordance with BS7346-8 and BS9999.
